$250m ‘super-city’ selling fast at Robina

MORE than 80 apartments totalling $125m have sold in a Robina development since it launched to market in December

Cascade is a new $250m master planned community set to feature two 15-level buildings with 112 apartments in each tower.

Gold Coast developer Andrews Projects was granted approval for the project, to be built on a 1.17ha site at 116 Laver Drive.

“Cascade has resonated with buyers because they recognise that it will be very difficult to replicate the fundamentals of the project on the Gold Coast in the future,” Andrews Projects sales manager Sarah Andrews said.

“The site is ideally situated on a north east corner with three street frontages, with all-day sun exposure and guaranteed views to the Gold Coast skyline or hinterland.

“The sheer size of the site, being 1.17ha, means that the building to land ratio is less than 20 per cent, creating a green oasis for all buyers to enjoy.

“The site is also situated among critical infrastructure including transport, retail and education hubs that make it ideal for both owner occupiers and investors.”

Ms Andrews said there was an under supply of premium residential buildings on the Gold Coast. “Buyers are interested in large two and three bedroom apartments with world-class amenity and proximity to major infrastructure (transport, schools, education, retail) which is what Cascade offers,” she said.

Located in what’s being described as the Gold Coast’s newest “super-city”, apartments at Cascade come in the form of two, three and four bedrooms.

Ms Andrews said the apartments were designed for owner-occupiers, who would experience world-class amenity within the grounds of Cascade.

A 25m magnesium pool, gym, spa pool and sauna form part of the wellness centre. Communal areas include an amphitheatre and private poolside cabanas.

Apartments feature open planned kitchen, living, and dining areas, full-height double glazed windows, Miele appliances and Caesarstone bench tops.

The development is due to start construction in early 2023.
